How long does shipping take for paint orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that tinted paint orders may require an additional 24 hours for processing to ensure color accuracy.
Can I return a custom-tinted paint color?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on paints that have been custom-tinted to a specific color. We recommend purchasing a sample pot before committing to a large volume.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Australia due to international regulations regarding the transport of liquids and flammable materials.
What should I do if my paint arrives damaged?
If your order arrives leaking or damaged, please take photos immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.
How do I calculate how much paint I need for my project?
As a general rule, one litre of Haymes Paint covers approximately 16 square meters per coat. We recommend two coats for the best finish and durability.
Is Haymes Paint environmentally friendly?
Yes, we are committed to sustainability. Many of our product ranges are low-VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds), meaning they have less odor and a lower impact on indoor air quality.
