At Haymes Paint, we want to ensure your project is a success. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of accessories or non-tinted products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure items are in their original, unopened condition. Please note that custom-tinted paint colors are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Reach out to our customer service team or visit your local Haymes Paint shop with your order number and proof of purchase to initiate the return process.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit. If returning via mail, attach the provided return label and drop it off at an authorized shipping location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
